H&S Utility Maintenance is a partnership between H&S Management and Holding and McCoy Energy. Our team offers end-to-end capabilities for renewable energy projects, including project development, financing, EPC, construction, staffing, and site maintenance.
Our leadership team has completed over 2 GW of renewable energy projects over the past 20 years, serving in various roles as project developers, contractors, and electric utility business leaders. Our key personnel have negotiated acquisitions of large renewable energy projects valued at $3.4 billion. We are skilled in contract management and tax-efficient project financing.
We have successfully executed and managed Membership Interest Purchase and Sales, Engineering Procurement and Construction Agreements, Limited Warranty Agreements, Operations and Maintenance Agreements, Management Services Agreements, and Post-Closing Development Services Agreements for utility-scale solar projects.
Our team’s leadership and experience combined with our committed field operators and support make for an efficient production resource for the on-time and on-budget delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
